I strive to help individuals develop a plan to reach their goals and to put those plans into action. I use aspects of the Person-centered approach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Solution-focused therapy, among others to make a treatment plan that aligns with your needs. I am here to assist in the process of self-discovery so that you can live the best life possible with circumstances that might be hindering you. This is a space for you to feel safe and free from judgement to foster growth and change throughout many aspects of your life. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is unique and sacred. I have many years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in different capacities. I obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with minors in Children’s Studies and Sociology from Fairleigh Dickinson University as well.
